Summary: This resort is nice, However we had to switch to 5 different rooms, and each room had SPIDERS in the bed and bathroom. I spoke with a manager to receive some of my money back and they gave me the complete run around. I was moved to a suite which also had spiders. Upon checking out i ask to speak with manager again to see what was the update on my refund for some of my stay. i was told no manager was on duty which is ironic. Also when you arrive you are greeted by timeshare people. We could not book excursions directly through the hotel, the timeshare person would be called and harass us to sit in a 90min conference. Our trip could have been so much better if management took our concerns more serious . I was bitten and totally creeped out, but no accountability was taking by this resort.
